Join this fun Crochet Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger hunts can be a blast, especially when they’re a crochet scavenger hunt.

Do you love a good scavenger hunt? It’s been ages since I did one and I’m so excited to share this one with you!

I remember, when I was a kid, that a scavenger hunt was a fun activity for our group of friends. They were usually organized by a social group at school or by the church’s youth leadership.

We were given a list of items we needed to find. Of course, the first team to gather all of the items was the winner.

I don’t remember exactly where we went to get these items. Back then, it wouldn’t have been out of the question to go door to door in the neighborhood unannounced. That certainly wouldn’t fly now!

Anyway, scavenger hunts were loads of fun. That’s why I’m bringing them back and you don’t even have to leave your favorite chair.

A Crochet Scavenger Hunt

This crochet scavenger hunt starts Tuesday, Oct. 18th, and ends Monday, 24th. 

In this scavenger hunt, you’ll be searching for a graphic on my website. Don’t worry – I’ll narrow it down to 3 possibilities!

Each day, that day’s graphic will be posted on Facebook, either on the MadameStitch page or in the group MadameStitch Crochet Corner. It will also be sent out to my daily email subscribers and included here on this event post. You’ll have until the next morning to find the graphic.

Once you’ve found the graphic, return to Facebook and comment “I found it”. Or, reply to the email you received if you’re a subscriber (follow the instructions in the email). 

Don’t tell anyone where you found the graphic. We wouldn’t want to spoil the fun for anyone else, would we?!

How will I know who won?

I’m in the EDT time zone. So, the following morning, some time after 9am, I’ll post in the Facebook group and on the page to announce the winner. As soon as I do that, I’ll pop that day’s graphic on Facebook, update this event post and send out that day’s email.

If you’re participating via email, the winners’s names will be in the email for the next day’s graphic.

Prizes

I’ll choose a winner – one from Facebook and one from email replies – each day. The daily winners will be able to choose any one pattern from my Ravelry shop to add to their libraries.

2. The instructions will be in the Facebook posts, in the daily email, and on this event post. You can’t miss it!
3. Once you find the graphic on one of the posts, it’s time to let me know.
4. Return to the day’s Facebook post or reply to the day’s email with “I found it”.
5. Find out who won the following morning via Facebook Live or by email.
